Hand painted on the front, top and side. The beautiful scenery in front is related with the family of the grooms domains and the family story. Uncommon size hand painted trunks, usually they are smaller but this one was probably from a really wealthy family. This kind of trunks were used in the Marche region (between Tuscany and Venice) as the gift from the father of the bride containing the spouse  paraphernalia.
